Delete your Trail Tasks account

Use this page to request deletion of your Trail Tasks account and associated app data. This is the external account deletion resource for Trail Tasks on Google Play.

How to request deletion

  1. 1. Send an email to support@trailtasks.app with the subject line “Delete my Trail Tasks account.”
  2. 2. Include the email address or username associated with your Trail Tasks account so the account can be located.
  3. 3. Trail Tasks may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting account data.

What is deleted

After a verified deletion request, Trail Tasks deletes account information and associated synced app data, including user profile records, focus session history, virtual trail progress, rewards, achievements, add-ons, Wild unlock state, and other account-linked progress data.

Trail Tasks may retain limited records where required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, or dispute resolution. Account freezing is not used as a substitute for deletion.

Subscription note

Deleting your Trail Tasks account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To cancel a subscription, use Google Play subscription settings. Trail Tasks can remove app account data, but Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase records under their own legal and service requirements.
